Because SWAPT provides time-based administrative and research services, refunds may be limited.

Refunds are generally not provided for:

Time already spent researching, organizing, or preparing deliverables

Third-party fees (records, filings, shipping, notary fees, etc.)

If a refund is approved, it may be partial and based on the remaining scope of work.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All written content, templates, summaries, checklists, and materials created by SWAPT remain the property of SWAPT unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may use deliverables for personal or internal business use, but may not resell or distribute SWAPT materials as their own.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, SWAPT is not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages

Loss of profits, missed deadlines, or third-party consequences
